Affordable Rentals

HART is committed to affordable housing and rental units. HART’s Transitional Housing Program for homeless individuals and families endearvors to assist homeless families with Rental Assistance, Employment Assistance, and Case Management as a means to transition out of homelessness into permanent housing.

Our partnership with Inland Temporary Homes, a California non-profit organization, provides transitional housing program that will work closely with HART’s Homeownership Center to address the issues of assisting homeless families and individuals in locating adequate and safe transitional housing, and upon successful completion of the program, permanent affordable housing.

Currently, HART’s affordable rental units are located in City of Loma Linda, California, and are open to transitional and Section 8 families and individuals.
