Affordable A-R-R Properties
HART is a HUD certified non-profit organization to acquire HUD affordable properties. The distressed properties are to be rehabilitated and resold to lower income families. Over the years, HART had successfully acquired, rehabilitated, and resold thirty-eight units in selected Southern California communities. HART will continue our efforts to provide more affordable housing units to assist our hardworking lower-income families.

Affordable East Highlands Ranch Club View Villa II Condominium Project
Affordable 44 condominiums located in East Highlands Ranch were built, and completed in 2006 with community amenities available, which includes parks, clubhouses, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts.

HART’s affordable CVVII Condominium Project are developed with quality design and customer services, and committed to utilize the profit towards HART’s non-profit activities.
